"SIR ! I had a dream Kairos is the name"

Duplicate post, but we'll worth the read of what the Spirit of God is doing 😀👍🏽

During my previous 8-year teaching stint at a local high school a bunch of naturally musically talented students started a band. I occupied a large classroom at the very far end of the school property.

Matthew, Gareth, Dylan, Wesley to name a few from memory. Long story short, they jammed very very well together making their own songs etc. The call for a name for the band came and we all had to think about it. Being Christ focused we prayed. A few days later l was at a Sunday night preach at the mushroom 🍄 farm, aka Hillcrest Christian fellowship, aka Cityhill 😀

A guest speaker, Greg Haswell spoke on "Kairos times", special moments in time with God. It was revelation knowledge on steroids for me... 

I felt very very strongly in my heart that the band's name is to be "Kairos" . 

Come Monday morning back at school Wesley rushes into the classroom and says ,"sir sir l had a dream last night, l think l have the name for the band"... I am like come on spit it out for crying out loud... He says "it's sounds a bit strange.... It kinda like um Kaai Ross!!!! " 

Oh my nervous aunt !!!😀 "KAIROS" to which he instantly replied "YES YES, That's it"

How great is the living God of the Bible.

The Spirit of God, Rauch Hakodesh lives and works with and within us each moment of each day.

The band went on to record a CD and perform at many venues around Durban. We even entered the battle of the bands at BURN NIGHTCLUB in Umbilo.

Crazy awesome times together. At Burn nightclub they warmed up on stage with a praise and worship song or two...LOL... 😂😂😂

Come the Monday after the Burn Nightclub outing, l was hauled into the Headmaster's office...lol. Felt like I was in STD 6 again. "I never gave you permission to take those kids to Burn Nightclub!!! growl growl 😀 "  to which l replied, "Sir, with respect, the Band Kairos is not a school band and secondly, l had each young person's parents permission. In fact, the parents and some grandparents accompanied us to the event" .. end of story, case closed.

Gareth, went on to study Theology at Bethel School of Miracles in the USA. He leads praise from time to time.  Started on a box guitar at school, then moved to base at Glenridge Church International. Glenridge Church was very instrumental in bringing the gospel message to the young people during that season.

PANIC BUTTON PRESSED

 This happened to me on Sunday morning the 17 October 2021 at around 2am On Saturday the 16th October 2021, I awoke feeling not too great. Beautiful friends invited me to breakfast in Hillcrest and I literally ate as little as possible. Something was lurking around, I felt dreadful. MURDERER ARRESTED "Turn Left"

This is what happened: I was on my way to work and as I got to the stop street at the bottom of our road I got this overpowering thought pattern "Turn Left" . I am gobsmacked ! It is the same overpowering thought pattern that I have experienced a few times before. I knew it was the Spirit of God, just not  this powerful. Stubbornly I was saying, no, I always turn right, it is the short route to work. The message in my head was so strong, I had to obey and follow through. So I turned left and wondered, "okay what’s going down today Jesus". As I drove along I see our local Security Company. They flagged me down. They  inform me of an attack on two young people in a home not far from where we were currently. Just after the parents had left the home the suspects had tried to  gain entry. They had been smashing the safety gates, trying to force the hinges out of the wall. The young people, aged around 18 and 15, brother and sister, were  screaming so much that a neig...

SURPRISE INCREASE

God is faithful So here is the short version of what happened Please note upfront: These stories are shared not to impress anyone, but rather to impress upon every one that Almighty God is alive and well One Sunday evening I was watching a Joyce Meyer message. I t was all about her mission work and the one orphanage here in Southern Africa. I felt led in my spirit man to set up a 1 year stop order of R200pm into that orphanage.  I jumped online and did exactly that.  The next day, Monday morning, my immediate manager walks into my office and sits down.
